Relax and Rejuvenate - Free Therapy Session for Unpaid Carers (WICKERSLEY)

Rotherham Carers' Forum is delighted to provide free wellbeing and therapy sessions for unpaid carers within the borough. These will take place at venues across Rotherham and will cover areas such as Better Sleep, Stress Management and relaxation.  

This first session taking place at Wickersley Library is Relax and Rejuvenate.  Learn techniques for relaxation and rest, focusing on mindfulness and meditation techniques. The trainer for the session is Angie Lindsay, a qualified Hypnotherapist and Reiki Practitioner.
